Groene Gevels

Groene Gevels makes cities green by means of sustainable facade gardens. More green is good for biodiversity and makes people happy!

The mission of Groene Gevels is to make cities greener and increase biodiversity! We want to achieve this through the construction of sustainable facade gardens. A facade garden is a small garden against the facade of a house. By removing pavement tiles from the ground and filling them with beautiful plants and flowers, we contribute to promoting biodiversity, combating petrification and heat in the city, cleaner air and a greener living environment!

We are currently busy developing a product for sustainable facade gardens. With this product we want to make it even easier and more fun to create a facade garden! In doing so, we ensure that we take advantage of the advantages of facade gardens as much as possible, by taking into account the location of the facade, the required maintenance and the plants that will be placed in the gardens. Our facade gardens therefore only contain plants that fit within the local ecosystem, contribute to biodiversity, and are loved by animals and humans. In this way we make both people and nature happier!
